arrival and sign-in

At sign-in we will give you a piece of paper for you to use after each date, where you can check one of three boxes--

1. Romantic interest.

2. Friendship interest.

3. No interest at all.

You will turn this in at the end of the night, we will contact with within a few days to tell you if you matched!

4:25pm

Daters will be seated at tables with their first potential dating partners, and will remain with this person for 10 minutes. Conversation cards and questions will be on each table, so don't worry if it is hard for you to find things to talk about. 

Every 10 minutes until 5:30,

you will be moved to your next potential dating partner's table. We will help with this, don't worry, you won't get lost :)

During the event, we will take little breaks

So people can smoke, stim, go to the bathroom, and refresh drinks! 

5:30-6pm

At this time you can look through your dating card again to make sure you have indicated who you would like to see again, turn it in at the check-in table, and chat and hang out until you are ready to go home. 

Bar opens to the public at 6pm, and will have their full food menu available for anyone who would like to stay and mingle! 

The week following the event

We will contact you to tell you about your matches, and invite you to Columbus on the Spectrum's second event, which will be a 5-week zoom group to practice dating social skills! This will be followed by another speed dating event before the end of the summer!
